What is the age range for the carriers?

The ROO carrier is designed to be used from around 3 months or once baby can support it’s head and can continue to be used up to around 36 months depending on size of the child.

The KOALA and PANDA carriers can be used up to around 24 months.

Should my baby face outwards or inwards?

Both! The carriers can be worn at the front with baby facing either out or towards you. If worn as a back pack then baby should face inwards.

What is hip dysplasia?

Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is a condition where the ‘ball and socket’ joint of the hips do not properly form in babies and young children. It’s sometimes known as congenital hip dislocation or hip dysplasia.

How do I clean my carrier?

The carriers can be wiped clean or if needed washed on a cool cycle. They should not be tumble dried or dry cleaned.

Is there a time limit for my baby to be in the carrier?

No! You can carry baby for as long as you both are comfortable.

What material is my carrier made from?

Our ROO model is made from tough polyester whilst our PANDA and KOALA carriers are made from cotton.

Can I return my carrier?

Yes, if you are unhappy with your carrier for any reason, you can return it in its original condition and packaging in exchange for a new carrier or a full refund within 30 days.
